We joined as a family for a great discount. The equipment is just enough to get the results we need. My son loves this place too.

Experiencia fantástica: I just moved to Torrance a few weeks ago. The gym really is a dream come true. There's more equipment and racks here than my past three gyms combined. There's people of all shapes, ages, and genders lifting in all ends of the spectrum from beginner to elite. There's bodybuilders who at first glance people would judge as meatheads but in reality they're awesome and give great advice when approached. There's an fantastic dude who works out there who spent two hours of his own workout time giving me advice with my shoulder injury. This gym rocks!

The atmosphere is amazing and to think of all the pros that have made it through there and such a wide variety of equipment what more can you ask for. We'll be back again and again!!

Experiencia fantástica: While I was in California for a couple weeks visiting with my ex-girlfriend's (I know sad story, right ? Woah is me lol) family, this was the closest gym to where I was staying. Upon entering the gym I was immediately impressed. I live in Ontario, Canada and no gyms here even compare in the slightest. I love the raw, powerful vibe along with fantastic equipment. I was on my path to compete in powerlifting and this gym had all the equipment to train properly without getting yelled at by staff. With all that said, Dave Fisher himself was extremely nice and seemed genuinely happy to see a fellow Canadian come through. If I'm ever in the area again this will be the gym I choose 100% of the time.

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym ever. Anywhere. Here is a rare rare gem. If you are serious about exercise, no matter your age, gender or condition this is the place. Excellent trainers are everywhere and very helpful. The staff are phenomenal....super kind, friendly and hard working. They are constantly cleaning, doing maintenance and tidying. I have never seen a business with such a high work ethic. This is not a plastic place for plastic people....it's real, honest and friendly. There's a wide array of cardio equipment in addition to everything else. Dave has done something really special and it speaks volumes about his character. What a gift.
