Kirk customizes your workouts to help you achieve your specific goals. Also, the fact that you can workout when it fits in your day, verses when a class is scheduled, is a huge plus! The community at the gym is very welcoming, supportive and knowledgeable. The workouts are phenomenal - always motivating and tough!!

Experiencia fantástica: The best gym in the area by far. Kirk the owner goes above and beyond for anyone that comes into the gym. The first week is free and after that you will be willing to pay anything. The people here are amazing. Whether you're someone that just wants to get into better shape or if you want to be a competitive athlete this is the place to be. I have driven an hour and a half just to work out here at times. The people are incredibly supportive and welcoming. Theres no other gym that I would want to work out at.

Several friends and I visited another friend at Winners Edge and Kirk and his staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at ease in the gym; while knowing we lived over an hour away and would be unlikely to visit very often!! What a professional! Five stars all the way!! I now am looking for excuses to return to Winners Edge!

I’m a mom of two and am in better shape now than before I had kids! One of my favorite things about Winner’s Edge is the variety of people and training styles here. This is a great place for women to get comfortable with strength training. I highly recommend!
