Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member here for approx. 2 years and have loved every minute of it. Very much a community atmosphere (its a family) with a diverse group of athletes that are extremely supportive of each other. The programming is very challenging but the atmosphere here supports your decision to modify the workout to how you are feeling on any given day and certainly to your ability. The hour I spend at COCF is one of the best hours of my day.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to this gym with a little apprehension as I felt intimidated to start. I couldn't of felt more welcome and part of the team the moment I walked through the door! This gym has a fantastic staff and a great group of members. I wish I started sooner and didn't try to wait until I was "ready"
