Buffy and the crew there let me drop in at a extremely reasonable rate. Buffy was awesome and walked me through the gym to show me around the first day. The equipment is awesome. A true lifter’s gym, but so open and welcoming. Thanks so much. I highly recommend.

Go ahead and let another gym try to advertise that and see if they let you show your kids how to lift with you I'm there gym . Not just that but there's so much knowledge and friendly staff to help you with everything !

Experiencia fantástica: Offers everything that you could possibly want and the people that run it are great people and are always willing to help. I highly recommend this gym for anyone and everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Love that this gym had a "loud" side and a "quiet" side. I prefer the quiet side since I'm easily distracted. The biggest selling point for me though is the children's play room. It makes it so much easier to find time to work out when I can bring my kids (ages 3, 5, and 6) with me.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome atmosphere. Family owners. I enjoy having a quiet room and a music room. I also appreciate the flexibility of having free weights and a large variety of machines to focus in on whatever it is that I want to work that day. I never get bored with all the variety.

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym I have ever been to! They have equipment other gyms don't. Like a rope climbing station and a giant tire station! The staff and accommodation are by far the best. Would recommend to everyone.
