Many people have been working out there for years--a testament to the quality of the facilities and atmosphere--but newcomers are warmly welcomed. Everyone gets a customized experience to meet them at their level and leave sweaty and happy!

Chris and Mike are both wonderful and extremely professional trainers who care about each and every person and their goals! Workouts are always changing and challenging and they keep you motivated! We needed a gym like this in downtown White Plains!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this place. The classes are amazing - guaranteed a killer, different workout each time. The facility is beautiful and super clean (very appreciated in these COVID times). The members are friendly and welcoming. But most importantly, coach Mike (who I took my classes with due to my evening schedule), is fantastic. The workouts he creates for class always leave me dead (but in a good way!) and he's great at helping you find modifications for the workout if it's too hard for your current physical level. He pushes you hard when needed but also still makes you feel very comfortable during the class. I never felt intimidated despite the workouts being very out of my comfort zone. Most important of all - he's such a sweet and funny guy! Evolve is the best.

It was the perfect way to start working out and getting into exercising. The instructors are encouraging and work with you and the place is clean and cozy. Would totally recommend to anyone

Experiencia fantástica: This place is absolutely awesome! I've only done bootcamp here but, the coaches here really care about everyone attending the classes. Chris and Micheal *the coaches* are very down to Earth and they push you enough to get through the intesive workouts. They allow you to move at your pace so you don't feel like YOU NEED to keep up with everyone which is great especially if you feel self-conscious about attending. The Gym is clean and spacious enough for movement. There are cleaning wipes near the equipment so that things remain clean after use. Everyone has to wear a mask when entering the building. If you're looking for a great place to work out, do Bootcamp, etc. Definitely check this place out if you want to compliment whatever you're doing now for better health!

Experiencia fantástica: Since day one this place was home. The vibe with Mike was a call to come check out the gym. After a personal tour with Mike it was real. The Great workouts with Mike and Chris!!! I recommend this gym for anyone that puts the work! I love the recovery. Sauna and crypto. You have trainers that will push and love doing it!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been training with Evolve and its coaches for several years (including its predecessor), and it has been great. I am a competitive swimmer in my early 60's and in big part, thanks to Evolve, swimming faster than I did 6 years ago. The coaches are knowledgeable and have designed a program specifically for my needs that changes as I am in different phases of my competitive season. Everyone with the organization is pleasant and fun to be with. The facility is spotless.

Experiencia fantástica: Evolve and its coaches are amazing! I have NEVER wanted to work out. But, I am addicted to to their classes. The fact that I get out of bed at 6am to head to the gym (and I love it!) is a miracle. Evolve is a special place unlike any other gym you've tried. Their coaches push you, but they are really good at making you feel comfortable as you challenge yourself to achieve your goals.

Experiencia fantástica: Wow. These guys are great. Be prepared to have your tush kicked. But they pack an insane workout into an hour. You will leave feeling like you've just worked out for 3 consecutive years. That is, if your legs will allow you to leave.
