The 6 week jump start program, really gave me the confidence, and knowledge from coach Kim! She was instrumental in care, and concern for my personal needs, not to mention patient, (as I'm a reformed smoker). I highly recommend Tri Force Fitness, if you want an awesome personal experience for your physical/mental/ health, and well being!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Six weeks with Kim and I have lost 15.8 lbs and 9 inches! Kim is very knowledgeable, patient, kind and encouraging. This is a no pressure gym. It doesn't matter what level of fitness you are at, you will feel comfortable from day 1.

Experiencia fantástica: I started the 6 week Jumpstart Program because I needed to do something about my health and also knew I needed help to do it! This program was wonderful and I've had great results. I always felt comfortable with Kim and she is always there to encourage me through the workouts and offer guidance when needed. The program itself is easy to follow and covers nutrition as well as fitness. The gym itself is very clean and laid out nicely. Give it a try! You won't be disappointed!

With the nutrition and exercise plan, I feel much stronger and healthier The personal attention and coaching by Kim is outstanding, and the program is accommodating to your individual needs while encouraging you to improve. The classes are fun and everyone is welcoming. I highly recommend this program!

Experiencia fantástica: What a great experience! From the minute I met with Kim I knew she was authentic, cared about me and my fitness journey, and knew her stuff. I could tell from the start that she genuinely wanted me to succeed... and that motivated me even more! At first I was skeptical, and nervous. I am not an athlete, and I have typically dreaded working out. So it came as a welcomed surprise when I actually enjoyed the group classes! All the instructors are upbeat, positive, encouraging, organized, and helpful. I started off with a back and foot injury, which they happily helped with modifications to accommodate. The members in the classes are also wonderfully encouraging and helpful. It was an easy decision to get the Plus membership. I don’t want to stop now! I look forward to continuing my health and fitness journey with TriForce!

The classes were fantastic - I used muscles I haven’t used in years and the classes were fun and full of energy. I needed a boost to get myself back on track, and this was definitely it. Kim’s guidance, support and coaching were perfect. Thank you!!! . I’d highly recommend to anyone wanting to feel stronger and healthier, or just needs a change.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member of this fitness center for 2 years and have had a great experience with the variety of classes, apps, health monitoring and individual goal setting. Kim always has a positive attitude and encourages you to do your best and modify as needed. It is great having several fitness instructors so that workouts don't become routine and boring. They do an awesome job keeping you motivated and accountable. You only get out of it what you put in to it. I highly recommend trying out Triforce fitness.

Experiencia fantástica: Tri-force fitness is so much more than a gym. I am a woman, over 50, and I joined just over a year ago. I have never felt intimidated, but I have felt supported. The staff is amazing. They are there to help me every step of the way. From answering my questions regarding exercises to nutrition, they are like family.

The gym offers programs that appeal to different people. You can do fitness classes and make new friends/accountability partners or you can work out on the weight floor either on your own or via personalized training in an app. The staff and members are very encouraging making this a welcoming place to start or continue your fitness journey.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place!!!!! First of all, Kim is amazing. I’ve just completed the 6-week jumpstart program, and Kim was super supportive. She helped me change course when the first plan didn’t work for me, and created my own personalized workout plan so I could come in whenever or work out while traveling for work, which I do extensively. I’m happy to report I lost 10+ lbs and 7 inches! Also the gym has every tool and piece of equipment you could ask for, along with classes. It’s always clean and never too packed. I love having 24/7 access and it’s a great value for the cost.

The group fitness classes are great, the trainers are knowledgeable and friendly as are the other members. You cannot go wrong joining this gym!

It really is a non-judgement zone and I love that. I reached out to Kim about what I was looking to accomplish and she was very responsive from the moment I reached out and emailed back immediately to setup a meeting and I have been attending almost 3-4 times a week!

Experiencia fantástica: My journey at TriForce Fitness started as a New Year's resolution last January. I am a white-haired senior who wanted to keep moving. I knew I was battling pounds and high cholesterol. Thanks, to Kim and her staff, I have dropped 100 points on my total cholesterol numbers and over 20 pounds. The facility is always clean and well maintained. If something is broke, there is an apologetic sign on it explaining when it will be fixed. It's also an all access 24 hour gym so if I want to go on a Sunday at 9 AM, I can. And I'm never bored with my routine since I can personally change it up between the weight machines, the treadmill and the recumbent bike. Thanks, Kim!
