Experiencia fantástica: I recently participated in AspireXLM, a fitness class for us Extra Large Men. I was impressed with their assessment of our skills (or lack thereof), and appropriate adjustment of the program to best tailor it to our needs. I know for a fact I could not make it through a "regular" exercise class to save my life, but AspireFit designed this program very specifically, and I'm happy I participated. I know all of us are looking forward to further XLM programs to get us moving. Definitely worth checking out. Kudos to Drs. Rayner and White for breaking new ground in the wellness arena. ~SCOT

Experiencia positiva: I have yet to have a bad meal there. Food is always good, Their Seafood pasta dish is one of my favorites and suggest it to anyone going there.

Experiencia fantástica: Actually, my visit was to Inspired Physical Therapy. They share common space. Anyway, my grandmother (may she rest in peace) constantly told me, over and over, "Michael, never get old." Well, it's been some years since her passing, and with a prosthetic toe (yes, but not from moving furniture, like my buddy who had a sofa incident- that's another story about his wife sweating she heard a mouse - running across the carpet behind the sofa. Like any good husband, he picked up the sofa to move it away from the wall, dropped you know where), titanium hip (next ones up for an Oscar soon), repaired broken knee (was inventing a new, high-flying Olympic sport, rotator surgery, after 95% loss of functionality, three herneated neck docs - others are worse off than I - don't get old. This place does therapy one-on-one. It's not a cattle shoot. Unfortunately, with my succession of injuries, cost containment has shifted to other areas. Make it a great day! Get out of your own way!

Experiencia fantástica: I do physical training there as well as physical therapy. It’s by far the best place I’ve been to in the area. Matt and Justin are always happy to see me and are very good at what they do. Hannah at the front desk is always cheerful and greets you with a smile. Overall, I’d recommend Aspire fit to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Aspire Fit for just over a year and it has completely changed my life! The entire staff supports us as we work towards our individual fitness goals- we are more than just 'clients'; they are our FIT family and support system. It is much more personal than a typical commercial gym- I felt no awkwardness even that first time I walked through the doors. The atmosphere is inviting and energizing. I can pick from individual sessions to small group sessions depending on what outcomes I am looking for. I'd advise anyone looking to really make a change to pick up the phone and make your first appointment!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been working out with trainer Matt White since Aspire Fit opened. He is an amazing trainer and person. He has helped me get into the best shape of my life. He is patient, never pushes you beyond your limits and is very conscious of safety. He is a stickler for proper technique. As far as the facility,it is clean and has great equipment. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I have also worked with physical therapist Justin Bordell and he is first rate. I also consider the pricing to be very fair.

Experiencia fantástica: Aspire FIT has been an ideal training center for me. I had not been in a gym for 30 years and didn't know how to exercise correctly. Matt developed a plan for me to learn the proper fundamentals and progress from basic to more intensive exercises. I also appreciate that classes are small with lots of individual attention. The staff, and other members are friendly and very supportive. Highly recommend AspireFIT!

The employees ate great, know every member by name and are always friendly, cheerful and willing to help in ant way that they can. i have been a member since they opened and can't exclaim loudly enough about how they have helped in my quest to remain fit. Matt is a great trainer, extremely knowledgeable and is always focused on doing an outstanding job to increase the level of health and fitness for all of his clients.
