Experiencia fantástica: The members are polite and the staff works hard. Every time I go, especially in the evenings, the employees are cleaning and making sure everything is stocked.

Experiencia positiva: Great little gym in a small town. Staff keeps everything clean and helpful answering questions. Not a bad price at all and they 3 levels of tanning.

Experiencia fantástica: Graduated as a panther a while ago, since then have been living between Tampa & Baghdad Iraq as a private contractor...I've used a lot of Mega-Gyms and tiny make-shift gyms. Shape gets 5 stars because Ms. Donna and the patrons are all so friendly and this gym is PACKED with well maintained weights. You will Not have difficulty workingout Every muscle grou at this gym!
