I joined because I needed a structured regimen like a boot camp that had strength training and cardio. Working sitting down has affected my health negatively and I needed a place that could keep me challenged and never bored. I take Brazilian Jui Jitsu (BJJ) at Twin Wolves and love it. I have dropped ~25 lbs and looking the best I have in years.

I like the hours (24 - except major holidays) and unlike some larger gyms in the area (trufit) you can workout in peace. If there is ever a problem I can contact the staff and they actually talk to you like a human rather than brushing you off. For all of the reviews about cancelation READ YOUR CONTRACTS BEFORE SIGNING. It's a business and any business you have a contract with should be read. Also, they were very careful to inform me at the time of signing it was a contract with cancelation fees.

Being that you are right next door to military base, you get opportunity to meet new & interesting people as well as make some unique connections as you train there.
