Experiencia fantástica: Best work out for my body. Emily and all her instructors are amazing and give you the strength and confidence to reach whatever goal you have set for yourself and BEYOND. I am usually only in the Hamptons in the summer so joined Sculpt Elite (( online platform)) to continue the workouts at home. Counting down the days to get back into the studio...not only for the workout but for the people. Amazing community of individuals. :)

Experiencia fantástica: Sculpt by Emily has an amazing platform “Sculpt Elite” to transform your body from the inside out. I’m a super fan of not only her cardio jump classes but her sculpt work. The workouts are challenging without being exhausting, and my arms never looked better. I am excited to get back to my practice regularly when I’m cleared for exercise by my doctor. My body misses and craves the movement.

Experiencia fantástica: Sculpt by Emily Tyson gave me a new perspective on what it means to take better care of myself. It’s moving meditation for my body and mind and it has become my sanctuary to recharge and refocus. Emily, Danielle, Brooke and Caitie are all amazing instructors and each have their own individual way of making class special. Yes it’s hard to get up early. Yes it’s hard to make it through class sometimes. But this group pushes each other to understand we can do hard and we are enough.

Experiencia fantástica: SCULPT is without question the best workout in the Hamptons. Emily’s signature sculpt workout is like no other class out there and leaves you sore in the best ways. The other classes they offer like HIIT and Jump are also amazing. Jump might be the most fun you’ll have breaking a major sweat. Also, the instructors and the community at sculpt are some of the nicest people you’ll meet. I’ve been coming here since I moved to the area and am so thankful SCULPT calls HB home.

Experiencia fantástica: Emily Tyson, and the instructors at this studio are some of the most talented fitness instructors on this planet. The atmosphere is so inviting and her Sculpt method is hands down the most effective fitness routine I have ever tried. I have been attending classes here for the last 2+ years and I have lost over 20lbs and have never felt better in my body/mind. Being part of this strong community in this beautiful, clean, and above all welcoming studio is life changing! Highly recommend!

I was searching and searching for a new place to go and wasn't feeling satisfied. I wasn't loving any gym I tried. Until one day I was recommended to try Sculpt By Emily's studio. I scheduled a drop in and was hooked the moment the class ended. I went home purchased a package and have been going and loving it ever since. This studio is more than just an outstanding workout. It's a loving community of people who all bring their best to the studio. I've never met a more dedicated group of people who love getting their butts kicked (in a great way) at 5am more than the individuals who gather at Sculpt by Emily. Emily brings her A game every class you take, and the staff of instructors each are incredibly talented, unique, super fit and fun (not to mention welcoming and helpful). Her workouts are like a dance that corresponds to the music perfectly. You don’t even feel like you are working out! Her Sculpt Elite program is my go-to since I can’t make it to the studio.
