Experiencia fantástica: Alway enjoyable staff. Equipment. Is great for cardio and good for weights. Is starting to get a little dated in the facilities . Routinely Bathroom stalls are out of service or broken in some way. Still good but can use some improvements to bathroom And showers.

Experiencia fantástica: It's a great gym. It's on the base so you need base access in order to utilize it. They have plenty of equipment and rooms. The locker rooms are clean. No issues.

Experiencia fantástica: There's a nice, roomy workout room for moms with like kids. They have free weights, cable weights, and even a tv for the little ones, just bring a dvd--the ones there are scratched. Great facility otherwise. It's clean, spacious, and has lots equipment, benches, and machines.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is friendly, facilities are clean, and pool is excellent. The gym has a lot of unique machines for specific workouts - jacob's ladder, incline treadmill, etc. While the hours of the pool are limited due to manning, it is an excellent pool.
