The owner of this gym has won multiple Awards for many types of physical fitness and bodybuilding competitions. This is the place to go if you live in Hampton as the gym is a very convenient location to Langley Air Force Base, Phoebus, Buckroe and a few other areas in Hampton in close proximity to the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel.
