Experiencia fantástica: Joined PSA in October 2021 and it was one of the best decisions I made. The gym is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the members all support one another. I have never felt more motivated in a gym until joining PSA. Everyone there treats each other with respect. Highly recommend checking it out!

Experiencia fantástica: Performance Strength Academy is by far the most respectful, clean, and hardcore gyms in NJ in my personal opinion. The energy within those walls is unparalleled. I highly recommend to anyone who body builds, power lifts, or is a general lifestyle type of lifter with an edge. I feel right at home and I love getting in my workouts over there, and the equipment is brand new looking/awesome overall.

Experiencia fantástica: PSA did an amazing job in putting together a workout plan that fit my ability, work schedule, and accessibility to equipment. I am currently active duty military, home based away from New Jersey, but the staff worked with me in order to send me workout plans on a set schedule to accomplish my goals. Every workout they would check in to make sure it was challenging enough, or if any movement needed to be substituted for something else. I would highly recommend PSA, especially if you are from a first responder or military background. They will work with you to accomplish your goals.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been around multiple state of the art performance facilities in my career and Performance Strength Academy is up there with some of the best. Mike and Joe are great dudes who are always willing to help explain or even demonstrate the movements they are putting their clients through. I am currently training for the 2020 NFL draft and needed the best of the best to help prepare me, which is why I chose to do my training with them.

Experiencia fantástica: Great private facility off of route 130. Various forms of equipment to choose from, nice squat racks, knowledgeable staff, and very clean! They also have an InBody machine that helps you track your progress (water, muscle, fat) over time to help you thoroughly hit your goals!! Highly recommend this place!

As a former athlete, it's hard to find places that can give you an intense workout along with a great nutritional plan, but Mike has it all figured out! There are tons of unique exercises and pieces of equipment geared for strength training along with a staff that is dedicated to help you build a healthy lifestyle. Go check it out!

They offer client centered packages, sports training packages, group fitness classes and much more. Between the turf, to the Inbody machine (tracks muscle, fat, water etc) to brand new equipment; the aesthetics at PSA are top of the line. Mike and Joe are very well educated in nutrition and fitness. It is apparent that they have a passion to help their clients meet their goals. I have already lost inches and body fat and continue to hit personal records with them. They make every work out centered toward your goals. You won't be disappointed with this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Typically, I am a very skeptical person when it comes to trying out new gyms and/or working with new trainers. The area where PSA is located could be classified as somewhat saturated when it comes to the number of gyms in this area. With so many to choose from, it can be difficult for someone like myself to find the value in a new gym with new trainers when there are larger gyms with more history right down the street. HOWEVER, Joe and Mike are two great trainers that have the skills and all the equipment necessary to improve the lives of anyone who signs up for their services. I would always much rather be greeted with a smile and a "Hello" from people who actually know my name and care about my well-being than a blank stare from someone who just sees me as a number. These guys personalize everything to your needs. They have free weights, machines, turf, and exciting routines to always keep you on your toes while still going at a pace that is perfect for you. Whether you are an athlete who needs more work outside of your normal routine or you're a stay-at-home parent looking to get back in shape or just someone looking for a new place to workout, Performance Strength Academy is the place to be.
