Experiencia fantástica: The facility has everything you could want in a gym. It is always clean. There are times when the pool water gets too cold. When brought to the attention of management, they are prompt in addressing and correcting the problem, which I greatly appreciate. Apparently, sometimes the pump stops working and they have to call in outside professionals to fix it. The management has worked hard to improve customer service, and they have made good progress. I meet very nice members, too. I am very satisfied with this gym.

I’m pretty excited to lose weight and see my myself what I used to be before I married my beautiful wife. The staff here is extremely kind, knowledgeable and courteous. The gym is extremely clean. Everybody smiles at you, makes your day even better! I got my own personal trainer Manny( highly recommend him) he is very good understandable and experienced. Overall grade club I would highly recommend to anybody in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this gym! It's spacious and has a wide variety of equipment, so there's not typically a wait for machines. Unless you come on a weekday at 5, then good luck with getting a bench! Otherwise, there's plenty to keep you busy. Staff seems friendly enough, too.

Experiencia positiva: Decent gym. Ban phones and stop teenagers from standing around having coffee hour and flirting with each other while blocking all the machines half the afternoon and I’d give more stars. Other than that worth the money.

Experiencia positiva: Solid gym all around, it allows me to do what I need to do and be out with no hiccups. The only recommendation would be to clean the inside of the lockers. Always dusty and with garbage.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the perfect place to go to when you just need a break. The people,the atmosphere,the huge variety of things to do. This is exactly what the Dr ordered (peaceful and rejuvenated).The hydromassage was heavenly and you just can't beat the prices

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing gym, excellent staff! I walked in here to “see about” a membership because my kids wanted to swim in the pool. I walked out with a changed life. I didn’t even realize how much I needed this place. Thanks to OneLife I am so close to hitting my fitness goals, have more energy and am overall healthier & happier. The gym, pool and hot tub are always clean and sanitized which is a big deal during these times especially. I love the movie theater aspect. Working out while watching a movie is such a cool concept. They have so many classes, workout groups etc to keep you motivated. I wasn’t exactly comfortable in a gym setting when I first started (or in other gyms I have been to) but the staff here went out of their way to be encouraging and uplifting. My girls love Kids Club, and of course the Splash Pad. Truly a great place.

The personal training and explosive performance staff are highly educated and always looking to improve their skills. They are extremely knowledgeable in their fields and truly care about their clients. The membership consultants are very friendly and always willing to help out/answer questions whether you are a new member or have been here for years. The management team goes above and beyond to maintain an excellent facility. If you have a problem, the staff is willing to work with you and come to a resolution. Highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is huge! I LOVE it. They have all the equipment I need and more. The workers and trainers are so nice, helpful and not pushy which is a huge plus for me. Just super pricy. BUT, you get what you pay for!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love this place. I’ve been struggling with weight for the past few years, my lifestyle has gotten busier and more hectic and never really made fitness a priority. After some reflection, I decided with my doctor that going to the gym was the best option. Everything from the very beginning has been amazing. The staff are awesome and extremely supportive, and the equipment is like nothing I’ve ever really seen before. I opted for a personal trainer, which I found to be extremely affordable for the 3x weekly, hour long sessions I chose. I was paired with CJ. Let me tell you, he is the differentiator. I was always concerned about judgement over my trouble areas, like most. But Cj, has made me feel comfortable in a way I never thought I would. He challenges me to push harder, and supports me fully when I say I just can’t handle something. When I say I just don’t like to jiggle, he quickly takes me to another area or a private room to complete our exercise. He very easy to talk to, seems to remember everything I tell him, which makes carving time out of my day that much easier. I don’t leave many reviews, but I’m am happy to leave this review for CJ even without him asking. If you’re on the fence, give them a call. Meet with Julie, who is also awesome. Get you a couple smart start sessions for free, and ask for CJ. You can thank me later. 10/10. Would absolutely recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: love the group classes. Ashley, Monday evening Ignite Barre, has fun routines (especially at the barre) and makes me feel a little more graceful. Chanda, Tuesday night Aqua Zumba, is the most positive, energetic instructor who always has an infectious smile. If you are in a bad mood, five minutes with her significantly improves yourmood. Erin, Wednesday evening Barre, is challenging us to be stronger and I love when she sings along to the music. Colleen, Thursday night Gentle Yoga, explains the yoga positions and tailors each class to our requests. it is a great way to wind down and increase flexibility. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get to Morgan's Zumba classes on the weekends since I've been back after coming back to the gym. She is amazing, upbeat, and makes sweating fun.

Experiencia fantástica: Onelife is a great gym. I haven't been back since COVID19 started but I never had a problem freezing my membership. Staff and management are great. Always kind and helpful. I have been a member for years and will continue to be a member. Remember people COVID19 has been stressful for everyone even Onelife so just be patient and be kind. If they don't answer it's for a reason. Always best to email so you have that trail of emails. They continue to clean and trying to keep us all safe. Be positive!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym! It's a bit pricey compared to places like planet fitness but their options of classes and equipment are amazing. I've been going faithfully these last 8 months and (combined with proper dieting) have lost 60 pounds so far. The only downside I've experienced is how crowded the weights area can get during peak hours which cant be helped.

Love the new equipment, such as weighted machines that count your reps and times, deadlift platforms, turf area for lifting and other exercises, basketball court, sauna, pool, and new cardio equipment. Experiencia fantástica: This gym is beyond amazing ! It’s such a welcoming environment, from the second you walk through the front door. The staff is amazing and always there to answer any questions. There is so many differnt activities for you to do between Group fitness classes (everyday) / Zone 4/ Indoor & Outdoor pools/ personal training/ and all the amazing equipment/ machines they offer !!

The equipment is amazing, the staff is wonderful, the kids club is amazing to my children, and the whole atmosphere in general is amazing! I truly have been to many gyms, and never felt happy or enjoyed any the way I do this one. It has become my second home, and my children even wake up asking to go (so kids club must rock)!!

Experiencia fantástica: I was traveling and staying at a nearby hotel that had a 'fitness center' that comprised one treadmill, one bike, and a broken weight machine. I saw this gym on Google maps and came them a call. They offered me a 24 hour pass that allowed me to get in a workout two mornings which worked out perfectly for me since I was just staying for two days. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, they had tons of bench racks, and enough squat racks and deadlift pads that there wasn't a wait (I was there before 9am). They even had a pool with 4 swim lanes, if I could come here regularly, I would definitely take advantage of that. I only wish the gym at home was this good. Please open up a location in North Randall, Ohio and put our planet fitness out of business!

Experiencia fantástica: I travel for business and do triathlons. I’m always looking for someplace to workout. So, I’ve been in fitness facilities all over the country. I have to say I was super surprised by the quality of this facility. The staff was welcoming. The hours of operation - 4am open? - not that common unless you do anytime fitness or something similar. The equipment was new and well maintained. The pool 25 yds and perfect temperature for lap swimming. I’m impressed. I’ll come back next time I’m in town. $23 bucks for a day pass.

Experiencia fantástica: Been a member for approximately 2 months now. Walked in last week and mentioned to Tony Ferrari, the GM, that I am a PBA member (Professional Bowlers Association) and have a tournament upcoming the first weekend in August and that I have been dealing with a knot in my gluteus medius and asked for any recommendation to help the healing process as I could not bowl without massive pain. He was gracious enough to put me with Sean, one of their trainers, and helped me himself to get rid of the knot. Sean was absolutely amazing, and in the time Tony took and the 2 sessions with Sean (Who was working on crutches and in a boot!) I am happy to say that I will be bowling this weekend because these gentlemen cared enough and went out of their way to help! I cannot thank them both enough for what they did. If you need a gym that CARES about their members, Onelife Fitness in Hagerstown is your ONLY choice!

Experiencia fantástica: Just like everyone else I was stoked for the gym to open. It took a little longer than what they had hoped but no big deal. The gym has lots of equipment and space. Of course it clean it's brand new. I know other people have complained people are just to hard to please. It's a good gym with a friendly and helpful staff. I'm sure once things getting running even the minor complaints I've heard will be addressed. I like the fact everyone's in their zone when your there. Offers allot for club price. There were no hidden fees I worked with reed over the phone from the other club Northside before this one opened and he told me straight up about maintenance annual fee so I was well aware. Dont knock it until you try it do your research and ask questions before you join the gym to knock it.

Experiencia fantástica: Both gyms are great. I actually workout at both and rate them almost even except the Valley Mall gym has a pool, spa and basketball gym. Get great workouts, awesome staff and the atmosphere is motivating. They both have a variety of equipment and free weights to choose from. Good balance of cardio machines and areas to work on functionality. You will not be disappointed.
