Experiencia fantástica: My daughter and I dropped in here while on vacation. Coach Brandy was truly amazing! My daughter is very new to CrossFit and she worked with her to make sure she wasn't overwhelmed and did the movements correctly. She was very attentive to not only us as the new ones in the class, but also her regular members as well. She did a great job coaching. We will definitely be back!

Experiencia fantástica: This was by far the best drop in experience I've had at a CF gym in a very long time. The gym was very clean and organized and a welcoming environment. Brandy, the coach, was absolutely amazing. She made us feel welcomed from the moment we stepped in the door. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There were several other drop-ins as well while we were there but Brandy was able to help, modify, and encourage each of us to be our best. I enjoyed my time at GSCF and will stop back in the next I am in town.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I were in town from Wisconsin and dropped into this box for a Saturday wod. Communication from the gym the day before was super prompt (I submitted a question via their website). The website made paying ahead and signing waivers super easy for the drop in. The owner and members were all so welcoming and nice! The wod was super fun and their gym tanks/tshirts are sick. Will definitely be stopping here anytime we’re in the area!

Experiencia fantástica: I'm always a bit nervous when dropping in at a box while on vacation. I can honestly say that at Gulf Shores Crossfit, I was welcomed from the moment I walked in. It was almost like being at my own box. Everyone was extremely helpful, encouraging and pushed me when I needed it. The other athletes were great. The facilities were top notch and clean, which is important in this day and time. To put it simply, Gulf Shores Crossfit is awesome!!!

Staff was awesome and they use the same programming as my home gym so a bonus!! Clean with tons of equipment! NOTE TO SELF - do NOT go to the Floribama the night before....... Just saying LOLOL.

Good setup , and the coaches are great. Mason made a point to remember everyone’s name and kept coaching and motivating the entire WOD. Will make this my drop in spot of choice for sure, and would recommend to anyone in the Gulf Shores area.

Coach was very friendly, patient, and professional. Facilities overall are in great condition and very clean.

Experiencia fantástica: AWESOME!!! My sister and I dropped in on two classes during our vacation in Gulf Shores. We work out regularly at a local Crossfit gym where we are from and wanted to keep up with our workouts on vacation. The gym was so clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the work outs were challenging and left us feeling accomplished! The instructor was encouraging and taught us many skills that we will use during our regular workouts from now on. The members of this particular gym were so welcoming and helpful as well. We will be back our next time in GS.

Experiencia fantástica: This was such an awesome gym!! My only regret was that I wasn’t able to make more classes. They are so kind and welcoming. One thing I love is how focused on form they are! I’ve been doing CrossFit for a year and was able to take away 4 improvements to my form. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone, regardless of your CrossFit stage!

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I were staying in Gulf Shores for a week long vacation at the beach. I needed somewhere to work out so I reached out to Gulf Shores CrossFit. The team there was awesome. They replied to my email within 24 hours and I had options for working out that day or the full schedule throughout the week. They had daily dropin rates of $15 or $50 for the entire week. I worked out with two different trainers there throughout the week and both were great, taking time to warm-up, stretch properly and make sure everyone was using good form and understood the exercises. They worked with everyone to scale the without for their level too. The facilities are very close to the beach, clean and roomy. They have tons of equipment and great locker rooms with showers. Net net, its a great gym, very welcoming, and reasonably priced for what you get. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: You know what’s great? An inviting box, a motivating coach, and a tough WOD. I enjoyed my drop in here immensely. Jim was a great motivator and kept me on task. He took extra time working on some movements. He obviously cared about my success. If I lived here I know where I’d throw down!

Experiencia fantástica: Visited this box while in town on vacation. Jim answered my questions over email beforehand, super friendly. Gym was huge, clean, with lots of equipment. Coaching was on point, picking up my typical kinks and mobility limitations. Great folks there, everyone was friendly and helpful. Plenty of time after the WOD for stretching, rolling, and Jim was there to help on any questions or techniques needed. Overall great box and very welcoming.
