Experiencia fantástica: The minute I walked into HWD, I was greeted by Arleth, she's a wonderful front desk greeter. I took Anthony's class on Tuesday(lower body), and the class was so much fun. The music was bumping, everyone was so friendly, and the workout went by so fast. Anthony made sure my form was correct on all the workouts. I was definitely sore the next day. I would recommend this gym.

The workouts are fun and challenging. They offer a variety of HIIT weight training, and boxing fitness classes. The coaches and front desk staff are awesome! I highly recommend checking it out!

I joined the challenge and 6 weeks after I'm here with 24lbs less It's the end of the challenge but the beginging of a new life style.
