Experiencia positiva: The gym is a little on the small side but it’s okay as long as it’s not crowded. But for some reason, they only play country music. It’s horrible. I’m not sure if I’m supposed to cry in the corner or work out? I used to live in NC and GA…and the gyms down there don’t even play country music. Because it’s depressing.

Experiencia fantástica: Snap Fitness in Old Lyme is well kept and always clean when I go in. It is never overcrowded so I do not have to wait to use any machines.The staff is helpful and friendly. I really like the convenience of being able to go in and workout any time of day or night. I was given a free training assessment when I signed up. The trainer took the time to talk to me about my goals and also showed me how to use the machines I wasn't sure about.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is very nice and super helpful. The gym was always clean every time I went to work out. and no matter what time I go to work out , I never have to worry about waiting on equipment!

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice gym! Two changing rooms (one for men and one for women) and a water fountain. A few treadmills and other cardio equipment, plus a small space for stretching. The free weights look weathered and aged, but are still very functional. Everything else is perfect....I'll definitely be back!

Experiencia fantástica: Super clean, friendly staff and all you need for a great workout. We are seasonal residents of Old Lyme and the owners were happy to work out a flexible membership to accommodate us, which I’ve never found in any other workout facility. Great place, 5 stars.

Experiencia positiva: Love going to Snap Fitness in Old Lyme and spending some quality time working out with my son. Staff is always helpful. My only lament is that the gym is not a little bigger, otherwise I would have rated it 5 stars. Given it's reasonable membership fee, decent array of equipment, clean facility and welcoming atmosphere, this is a great value.

Experiencia fantástica: A great spot - Chris and the staff are very personable and helpful. The clientele are also a good group and help to make the place feel more like a private club atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice, clean place to workout.
