Joe was welcoming and knowledgeable and the class was fun and challenging. The workout was clear and organized and went by fast, despite the burpees. I’ll most definitely be back!!

He regularly adapts work-outs for clients with injuries and also to address specific needs. He is professional but also establishes an amazing report on a personal level with his clients which makes working out a pleasurable experience. I truly value the service that Fitnostics provides.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member at Fitonastics for four years totally changed my outlook about working out. I do the classes which are typically 5 to 8 people so you feel like you’re getting that one on one training it’s a 45 minute class and when I leave I feel like I’ve worked my whole body. Joe takes the time to get know you and helps you achieve a maximum work out.

As a 50+ year old member I was not sure if I could do it but his team met me where I was physically and built my strength bit by bit. Not only did I become strong but I also met a great community of encouraging friends. Never wanted to miss a work out!

Been going to planet fitness for awhile and just haven’t really felt like I was getting the results I wanted. After giving fitnostics a chance, I have to say I am thrilled about finally finding a place that I feel like I belong.
