Experiencia fantástica: Great, great gym. It has everything I need for my personal programs. If focus and a planned workout is your style, go when there isn't classes. It's not too bad when they're there, but it definitely has a presence that can hinder the flow. They have day passes if you're interested but don't want to commit. They also have a month to month payment option for a little extra dough that frees you up from any yearly contracts. Although I don't do them, the classes look fun and productive. All the trainers I've talked to are super professional, helpful, and motivating. Check it out!

Experiencia fantástica: Great 24/7 fitness. Was from out of town and the staff was helpful via email to get set up on a pass and access system. Nice spin area with solid Schwinn Carbon bikes, took Sat am spin class and stayed for Eric's Core Bootcamp. Both classes very good. Nice job Mystic.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m loving this new gym! 24 hour access is such a great option, great equipment, everything I need to get in the type of workouts I like. Feels like CrossFit without the price tag. Unbeatable membership prices! Definitely the selling point for me! No one can compare !

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent fitness gym. I have always wanted a gym that you could do more then just push weights. This place has a ton of different and fun equipment to get that extra punch from you time in the gym. Classes are great Xan will push you and keep you wanting to come back for more. There are no Televisions and the music is great to concentrate at the task at hand. The benefits of the owners and staff are still blowing me away. In body give you numbers and ways to improve you time away from the gym by giving you the info to eat better.

Experiencia fantástica: There's nothing better than going to a state of the art gym where the trainers are supportive of your fitness goals, positive and upbeat, and are more than willing to provide alternative exercises if you have an injury. It's so nice to have the option to workout whenever you want day or night or to go to guided classes. Having a supportive gym community and having someone guide the workout are what motivates me to consistently go to the gym. You basically show up and the workout is already coordinated. You'll receive feedback on form correctness throughout the workout to ensure you're doing the exercises safely and most effectively. It's a really great gym - you should definitely check it out if you haven't already! If you need guided workout classes like me, I highly recommend checking out Zoe's or Eric's spin classes and Xan's full body circuit classes.

Experiencia fantástica: I joined Mystic fitness 24 a couple of months ago. I joined for the ease of going whenever my schedule allows. After a month I decided to sign up for a couple of personal training sessions to help me get better acquainted with the equipment. Derrick has helped me form a routine that helps me with my specific fitness goals. I could not be happier.
