Experiencia fantástica: Crowned Fit is a fantastic woman-owned gym. The space and equipment are very clean and new. The gym area has two large doors which can be opened during workout sessions so there is plenty of fresh air and light shining in. The women who work there are very friendly and knowledgeable. The class instructors have great energy and are very motivating. The high intensity interval training (HIIT) classes are a great way to efficiently build strength and fitness. The sessions are challenging but can be adapted to your current level of fitness and the instructor will help you learn how to do the exercises properly. It is a very fun and supportive environment for women.

Experiencia fantástica: Finally a Women-Centered Gym that has created a safe environment for women to workout away from the male-gaze. Crowned Fit is a warm, welcoming and supportive community where all ages and body-types come together to push each other physically and emotionally. I love that CF is all class based! I never have to think about my workout, because the trainers do that for me. Shannon and her Team of Trainers are amazing. We sweat together and laugh together. CF has also been good to me as a Queer, non-binary person. I'd recommend Crowned Fit to any female identified or non-binary person looking for a small, safe and supportive community to workout in!
