Experiencia fantástica: I Love it here Damian hooked me up so I have the membership where I can go to multiple gyms the moveit went to Groton today it was amazing and my wife loved it for the women only room

Experiencia fantástica: After having such an amazing experience at 3 of the Renegade location's had to stop by the Renegade Groton CT location. When I scanned in Damian, the District Manager of Renegade ask me what was I training today? He said he had someone canceled a PT session and he had time to take me through a unleashed personal training session on the house. I said sure. Another amazing workout. His functional training workout was a challenge to say the least. When in the area again working out with him for sure. After the workout had to take a quick shower and go back to the office. The bathroom and showers was very clean. Leaving the location I ask who was the manager of the location and the front desk said Troy Peters was the manger. I said make sure to tell him that the location is amazing. Check this place out!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Membership dues are beyond reasonable for the selection of cardio and lifting equipment available, even classes and trainers. Facility is always clean.... but best of all, they have barbells

Experiencia fantástica: Very large gym. They have dedicated sections for women only to work out. All the cardio equipment is new and in good condition. Lots of free weights and weight machines to pick from. The pricing is fair and includes a lot of work out classes to pick from
