Experiencia fantástica: I've been training virtually with Marcus since July 2020 after gaining my COVID 19lbs and I'm so glad that I found this gym. This is the most consistent I've been with a work out routine and it's due to the convenience of virtual training, the direction & push I get from Marcus and the little "virtual" family we've managed to form. This is the best I've looked and felt in years.

I would leave in the fall cause I worked and did school full time and each time I came back for the summer he would help me hit my goals. Now that I finally graduated, I can finally create and commit to an active lifestyle that works for me.and he's with me every step of the way.

I train with Marcus and he keeps things light but pushes you to be the best you. Much different experience than other trainers at other gyms who pay more attention to female clients or get frustrated with you because you can't lift the weight they think you should lift. Such an amazing vibe and a fun place.

But it wasn’t until about almost 3 months ago, I needed to help myself with more than just going to therapy. Experiencia fantástica: I Love Love Love this place!!! I never felt comfortable with any gym until I joined NSF. The atmosphere is awesome everyone is friendly (including NSF clients). Been to several gyms over the years and they weren’t inviting literally hi and bye but not here! Each trainer motivates you even if just a simple “you can do it” which can go a long way! Joined in January and I am loving my results! My Trainer Jess always shows up and shows out I’m never bored with workouts she pushes me to believe in myself as I push my body to do things I never imagined it could! I am beyond satisfied with this gym and the services it provides!

Experiencia fantástica: I started at Non Stop in March coming from another gym, in only 3 months I can say I’m happy I made the decision to switch gyms. I train with Dave 3 times a week & he is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun), the other trainers are amazing as well! My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I’m really starting to find myself actually looking forward to my workouts. I’ve transformed the way I eat, think and exercise because of Nonstop Fitness. In these past months I’ve learned so much and I feel that I am able to grow as a person. He has helped me to stay motivated, eat much better and set fitness goals for myself. With his training we have been knocking them off one by one. I love that it’s not just weight machines but that he has a plan each day I am in. If you want to achieve your fitness goals I highly recommend this place. It feels like a family amongst staff and other members and it’s refreshing.

Knowing David and Marcus and seeing them go from their first location off of Parkway ave. to where they are now is beyond inspiring. They have worked so hard to build a fitness community where people can feel comfortable in the place they workout. The entire nonstop team, trainers & staff, end up feeling like your gym family. You get so much more than just a typical "workout" here.

In this short time frame I have to say that I continuously look forward to going each week and can see myself getting stronger. That is all thanks to the trainers at nonstop.
