Experiencia fantástica: This fitness center has changed my life. So grateful to be a part of this group. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Plenty of space to exercise and every piece of workout equipment I could ever need. The owner Scott is a great guy.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is great. I like this location so much because it is only 7 minutes away from my home. Equipment is modern. Staff is always polite and helpful. This place is also very clean. Price are slightly higher than I expected but it is worth is. Highly recommending this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: What a gym. I lived 30 minutes away and joined. I went here for about 2 years and was never disappointed. Scott, the owner is great… really the whole team there is. They are not pushy or try to sell you on anything. This is NOT your commercial gym. This is a home town, old school, blue collar gym with EVERYTHING you need. They have trainers. They have every weight and machine on the planet. They have 24/7 access. They have a turf with tires and sleds. They have cardio equipment. They have a boxing area. Its a total gym on too of that its SO reasonable. I refused to join gyms closer to where I live because they didnt even compare to this place. Best part… its never that crowded

Great staff too. Owner is a straight stand up guy (good ppls) I’ll recommend this place to my friends and family for sure!!

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym for weight training in the area by far. They don't just have everything, they have doubles and triples of everything. You rarely see broken equipment and the owner is always adding more.

Experiencia fantástica: Body Dynamics is a great gym. People go here to train and get results. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I train with Adam Loadenthal. Adam is a phenomenal fitness trainer who genuinely enjoys helping his clients achieve their fitness and health goals by teaching proper exercise technique and healthy eating. By following Adam's fitness and nutrition plans I lost and kept off over 30 lbs. He taught me healthy eating habits that are sustainable. His training sessions are effective and versatile. It never feels like I'm doing the same routine. I recommend Adam if you are looking to lose fat, build muscle, learn proper nutrition, learn proper lifting technique, and improve your overall health.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a 60 minute Aches and Pains aromatherapy deep tissue massage this morning and I highly recommend it. Beata was thorough knowledgeable about the body. My back had been hurting after working out and I had had trouble sitting up from a prone position. Not any more. I will be back!! thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: I have no idea what the person below me is talking about lmao. They don't do any of that, I pay about $18 a month, you can split with somebody or you can workout some sort of deal. EVERY gym has an up front initiation fee and it's only a one time payment, after that it will go the usual monthly fee. There's a lot of new equipment now, and even the worn out equipment isn't that bad.. nothing like a "wanna be " muscle head gym or any sort of thing. I prefer this over La Fitness or planet or retro half of these Akbar gyms. So don't listen to that moron.
