Experiencia positiva: I did my first class 1 day ago and it was such a good experience I decided to join that day. They told me they were having trouble with the app to get in the building so the girls wrote down the code for me. I booked my first two appointments very excited to work out. Drove 30 minutes to get here and the code nor the app would let me in the building. I’m beyond upset with this as I’m a brand new member and this is a a horrible first impression. Not to mention I just spent over $300. Now I can’t use until they reopen during their business hours or call me back to give me the correct code?

Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing. The GM Jordan is Uber friendly and knowledgeable. I think he’s the first customer service rep I’ve ever met in La that is actually nice and I can tell he loves people!! I highly recommend this place as a way to get a quick HIIT session in. You’re in and out in 15 minutes. They have a shower and a water fountain. Get your life back!

Experiencia fantástica: I just finished my new member enrollment with Jordan and he's amazing just like coach Gianna. I'm sooooo looking forward to being a part of the Hotworx fam! This place is super chill and really laid back. Oh and the workouts offered are phenomenal, especially when you can book your session on the app! There's like six (6) saunas where you can workout for 30 minutes each session. Sessions like yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Hot Core, Hot Bands, three huge rowing machines that sits high as opposed to the little lowered ones (my fav already) and cycling. Oh and if you're into ballet moves, they have this barre none session, a unique ballet workout without the "barre. I'm telling you, I cannot wait to get started. I'll certainly be back to update you all as to how the sessions are going but the fact that they're open 24/7 and each session is 30 minutes, burning up to 600 calories, that's enough to keep me motivated. Also, they have this "'most calories burned"' challenge where you can win money for burning calories. Now when was the last time any gym gave you money back?? Exactly!! I heard from a member who's been a member over a year and she loves it! I owe this to my body because infrared energy has amazing health benefits. I read a few doctors created medical saunas because they improve blood flow, reduce headaches and migraines, detox, weight loss, heal your muscles, and achieve absolute pain relief for a better night’s sleep. I’m looking for accountability partners to join me, any takers??

They explained how it all works pretty well. I enjoyed the workout (although it was challenging), I did find it rewarding. The place is kinda small but in a way I like that because it's more of an intimate feeling. I would go back.
