Experiencia fantástica: Awesome place, with a great coaching staff and great members! It doesn't matter if u are a new member or a veteran they always take thier time to ensure everyone there feels as if they have been going there for years! You hear alot about crossfit and bad form and people just going for the reps and kicking form to the curb, but here all the coaches always stressed the importance of correct form and ensured everyones form was correct for the work out being done to prevent injury. The coaches also always made other options available to change the workout if u haven't developed a certain skill yet to help guide u into doing the skill or workout! Great place deftly give it a try!

Experiencia fantástica: I was in New Orleans for business and dropped in to work out and was very impressed with this gym. I read the info wrong and showed up at the wrong time but one of their coaches gladly stayed and walked me through the WOD - Kelsey not only stayed but offered some great coaching! I highly recommend this place. This will be my go-to place when I'm in the area. John Schaffner

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member at CCC for less than 2 months.I started their Wellness program that focuses on strength, metabolic conditioning, and core. It is the perfect program if you want to improve your overall fitness level. I have only been doing the Nutrition program for a month. We did the Body Scan ( which is awesome) and I lost 9.6 lbs of body fat!! And I gained muscle! All of the coaches are so helpful and supportive. If you're thinking about getting fit this is the place!!
