Experiencia fantástica: The Grahams are super helpful and it’s a great non-judgement local gym. There is a PT and a masseuse in their attached annex. You can get all you need done here. Showers, lockers, a separate room for Zumba/barre/abs/etc. Just try it.

Experiencia fantástica: I love going to this gym! It is a very nice gym, the staff is very friendly, and they know everyone's name. They make you feel very welcome and will help with any questions you may have. The equipment is great and they keep all of it in working order. They've added some equipment, a row machine, a couple of treadmills, and some weight equipment, since opening.

Experiencia fantástica: Lawrence is awesome! I found him from someone else who had the kind of results I wanted to achieve. A trainer really helped with my lack of accountability and my habit of only giving it a solid 40% of effort when attempting to train by myself.
