In addition to being very friendly and knowledgeable they are all very attentive to the different needs of each clients specific goals. Ben Crane has put together an amazing team. The trainers cover all bases Paul, Karen, Morgan D. and Austin are great with power lifting and Olympic lifting. Tyler and Blake are great with athletes, preformance, and corrective exercise. Morgan S , Deanna, and Cassidy are great with weight-loss. Jerome is the class master. If you haven't checked out the training at least ask about a free session you will learn a lot!

Experiencia fantástica: I'm a member at the facility in Aurora but on Saturday the Aurora facility was not open. So I drove down to this location. Explained to David(front desk) the situation and he was more than willing to accommodate me and let me work out at this facility. While I was leaving he asked how my workout was and what I thought about this facility. Clean, newer machines, and all the sanitize stations were full of wipes. Not only did the facility live up to my standards but David was so helpful and caring. 5 stars for David and the Greenwood Village location!

Experiencia fantástica: I went to crush fitness for a Training session with a new friend of mine named Zach. This was our first time meeting. He was extremely professional kind polite and has a huge heart. He’s not afraid to be honest and do research for his clients. If you get a chance go to crush fitness in Inglewood Colorado I highly recommend visiting Zach . I have Cerebral palsy in my legs. I have never met a personal trainer who was so determined and so positive to help me succeed and motivate me. I look forward to my next visit. We have a long way to go but I know with him as my motivator it will happen.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend working with Zach as a personal trainer! He made working out fun and not intimidating. The workouts were challenging enough to push me, but included exercises that I found fun too so that I enjoyed the hour. He was really easy to schedule and communicate with, and he even created weekly workout plans in Google Sheets so I had a plan for the rest of the week. I have a couple old injuries that he factored into my workouts, helping me strengthen weaknesses while respecting my limitations. If you're thinking about getting personal training, I'd say go for it and ask for Zach!

Never felt out of place and the staff really went the nine yards to make sure it's a good workout space. There is so much equipment too, I never had to wait long for any equipment to be open. The HIIT group training classes are excellent and the trainers Cameron, Reilly and Tyler are great at assessing everyone's fitness levels and helping people to achieve their fitness goals while making it fun. it's the first time ever that I have felt so comfortable in a gym and the results keep pushing me to get in even better shape.

She wasn’t the person who initially signed me up, but she helped get everything figured out. I called to try and get it situated and she was fast and efficient and so so kind and patient with me. That girl deserves a raise!

Sal has this gym running on all cylinders and it creates a clean, friendly, and fun environment. Ben is extremely knowledgeable in every environment necessary to be a great trainer. Amazing place to be a part of.

The general manager Kyle always rushes to the doors to open them for me and asks how I’m doing. The staff is helpful and polite. It’s an absolute joy to workout at this crunch location!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member of Crunch for a couple years and transferred to this location with ease. They offer great equipment regardless of your fitness level. I worked with Ben Crane, the lead trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable and provides great insight, even for those that have a good base understanding of fitness and nutrition. Employees and members are constantly cleaning and disinfecting equipment. I highly recommend this gym and Ben to anyone that is seeking to lead a healthy lifestyle!

Experiencia fantástica: Chelsea is super helpful, professional, and all around really wonderful if you ever have any questions or need advice on anything. Mike R. is also a really great personal trainer from my experience in training with him. I will miss going to this gym but hopefully will be back in the future! The only improvement suggestion I have is I wish they had more space for more strength training equipment because it would get really really packed during peak hours (pre-COVID19).

Experiencia fantástica: After reading the other reviews I was a bit skeptical. The lady at the front desk, Haley, did a great job. The trainers all appeared to be in task, and the loud music was non existent and I was able to hear my music in my headphones perfectly.

Turf with a prowler, Olympic weights, battle ropes, plyo boxes, nice and heavy free weights, all the cardio you could want and a great atmosphere Ken at front is awesome, even remembered my name when I came back and made sure I was welcomed and part of the family

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome facility, super clean and organized. The staff is so friendly and helpful.. I suddenly moved recently and unfortunately had to cancel my membership. AJ was so great he was able to work with me to make the cancellation much less difficult! Will definitely be back if I am ever in the area again!

Very clean, great equipment with plenty of room, good air conditioning, everything in order and organized, respectful gym members, and very friendly staff. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I were accommodated by Tyler Guyen when getting our membership started. He was knowledgeable encouraging and welcoming. Once at the gym he got us squared away and one of the trainers provided a tour of the facilities. The place is clean and the people are down to earth. They have a motivating environment and excellent location. Wish it were 24hours though.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a gym snob. I pay attention to things like cleanliness, clientele, service level of employees, overall vibe, equipment, classes and community. Community is vastly important to me. In order to get in shape, I have to WANT to go to the gym. If that isn't there, forget it. I live in the city and work in the burbs. City gyms that offer anything close to what Crunch offers are priced for the millenials with their 6 figure jobs. So I was happy to find Crunch at a price point less than 25% of what a similar situation in the city would run. But that was not the deciding factor. The deciding factor was the vibe. Happy employees such as Meredith who somehow managed to change my thinking on personal training (cause I know everything don't you know?). So I look forward to going there after work today...and every day. More than I can say for my downtown gym that had all the bells and whistles but for some reason I hated to go.
