Experiencia fantástica: I love NIFS they offer a variety of free sessions for yoga, cycling, basic and advanced strength training. Also, they have lots of programs to choose from for weight loss and they explain it in every detail. The best part is you get a free 3D scan and BOD POD test before getting a training plan for exercise and diet.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a beginner but honestly I really like this gym. It makes you feel comfortable to work out and there’s always help if needed. Cleanliness is on point. As a college student I love coming here before or after classes and it helps that the showers are open to use so I can clean up for class. Overall, 10/10!

Experiencia fantástica: Went in for a Bodpod on 12/23 and was checked in quickly. The trainer that took my Bodpod was friendly and efficient.

Experiencia fantástica: This is my go-to gym every time I'm in Indianapolis for work. The facility is outfitted with everything you could possibly need, no matter what sort of fitness you're into. Highly recommend if you're needing a place to get a workout in.

Experiencia fantástica: One of my favorites about the facility is the large workout area with a track-and-field. The sauna is also my favorite because it recovered me after my long day of stress and makes it relaxing. Would go there next time!

Experiencia fantástica: More like 4.5 stars, but I'll round up. The price is great for non-peak membership and they have everything you'll need. The Freemotion treadmills are also incredibly and the smoothest I've ever used. Downsides are that Sunday hours end a bit early and it's disappointing to see that there's a fee to rejoin after temporarily stopping membership...

Experiencia fantástica: I have traveled all over the US. and jumped in as many gyms as possible. NIFS by far is the most spacious gym with a complete indoor running track and sprint lanes. Plus the number of powerlifting and small cross fit items such as a climbing rope and tires certainly provide excellent fitness diversity. Lastly, classes such as Steven's Spinning Class and Boot Camp class provide group fitness.

Experiencia fantástica: I am definitely glad I visited today for the first time and signed up for a trial membership. I will definitely take advantage of everything this facility has to offer and do a full membership.
