Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic gym on the Southside, with very friendly staff. I was looking for a place to get fit after being sidelined from surgery and sleepless nights of raising an infant. I joined this gym at the beginning of the year, since then I’ve lost weight, put on muscle, and increased considerably in all my lifts. Yes, you have to be willing to put in the work, but this gym has the tried and true equipment plus staff to get you to where you want to be. Highly recommended!

This is a real gym, unlike Planet Fitness. Lots of free weights and stuff for powerlifting. The staff is amazing, and make you feel like family. Love it here!
