Experiencia fantástica: Really the best gym in town for anyone looking for strength training, general fitness, powerlifting, etc in a truly welcoming environment. The owner/lead trainer is incredibly knowledgeable and really walks the walk. Just as comfortable with a complete beginner as he is working with a pro preparing for a show or competition. All levels/abilities welcome and I've never seen a more supportive group of people. My wife and I both train there. The 24/7 access is nice. It has everything you need and you're not paying for any fluff or frills you don't.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome place! As a powerlifter this is the perfect gym for me. 55 lb rougue plates, fat pads, bars that wont bend. Very excited to find a place like this in greenville. I recommend for anyone who is trying to gain strength.
