Experiencia fantástica: Only gym in the area that was staffed on a Friday evening at 5pm and im very glad it was, because it is an absolutely amazing gym. It has everything anyone could need to get a workout. I was able to look through the windows of a couple others that weren't staffed and they didn't look half as good as this one. If I didn't live out of state I would definitely get a membership without hesitation.

Experiencia fantástica: Trained here for 3 years while living in Greenville. Overall excellent gym with tons of equipment, clean and friendly staff. Also liked that it was 24/7, so did not have to worry about gym closing if working out in the evening. They recently expanded the gym so no now theres even more space. Great experience, highly recommended!

The owner 'Greg' is a true inspiration - committed to the game for 30+ years; always looking for opportunities to invest back into his business and make it even better (the recent on-going expansion is just one example besides sourcing in the best equipment). At the front desk you'll be greeted by a true gem of a person 'Billy' whos is always smiling, super courteous and helpful. Everything about the place is just Amazing. Keep up the great work guys. Experiencia fantástica: Update January 2022, I've been a member since 2002. Greg is the owner and he takes care of his customers. There was a spin class, Covid killed it. There was daycare, that’s gone. I love this place. Greg let my wife and everyone who attended the class take home the spin bikes during the lock down. He personally delivered fitness equipment to people’s home if that gives you an idea of the type of person Greg is. The equipment is clean. There are plenty of machines and free weights. There is plenty of space to live around. TV and Wi-Fi for entertainment. Fitness classes. Majority of law enforcement go there if that gives you an idea of how safe it is. 24 hour facility. Locker rooms with showers. Greg is now adding on to put in Cross fit. Come see it. Guarantee you’ll like it. Hope this helped. Click on like.

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Professionalism , Quality Great gym. I was a member there when I lived in Greenville and it is by far one of the cleanest gyms I have ever been to. The guys at night were literally cleaning on top of the racks and stuff so they went to the extra degree to keep it clean. I miss it but highly recommend!!!

Experiencia positiva: Solid gym. Only issue I have with it is that it's popular, thus mid-day or evenings it can be full. Nights are clear so that's a bonus. Membership is typical range, clean, organized. Staff is friendly, plenty of parking, lockers are good, decent amount of equipment to get done what ever you need. Good way to be escape the lameness of Planet Fitness, and support local. Open 24/7

Experiencia fantástica: Love the Zumba instructor named Chris! I moved to Columbia, SC and am so sad that I’ll not get to be a part of his class anymore. It’s been a year and I’m still attached to this gym. It’s so wonderful and I always felt happy by the caring people and had so much fun that I actually lost weight and made progress in my fitness goals for once in my life. Best gym ever. Honestly, I wish I could move back just to go to that gym again. It’s the best.

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best gyms in Greenville. A wonderful group fitness class schedule, a complete cardio and weight room....but I especially love the cross fit room. It has really broadened my approach to fitness and I've learned so many new ways to challenge my body. Thank you Champions!

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic facilities, and the staff is top-notch. The owner, Greg Lassiter, takes great care of his members. My favorite thing is the group classes because they are welcoming of all ability levels, and it's a great way to get in couragement during your workout.

A little pricier than some other gyms in Greenville/Winterville but it's clean with good equipment and it's ALL INCLUSIVE; there's no up-selling whatsoever unless you count a vending machine. There doesn't seem to be any billing gimmicks either - no fees to cancel, a contract to buy out, must cancel by X date, etc. There are a variety of group classes and the instructors I've had so far are all awesome. One of the ways you can tell if a company is worth its salt is the type of employees it attracts and retains. Whatever they're doing, I hope they keep doing it and I hope they start doing the 90 minute spinning challenge each month! (Maybe they should schedule a Yoga class afterwards LOL.) I do miss having easy access to a personal trainer (personal trainers are given gym privileges but set their own rates, etc, and you have to track them down) but the group classes seem to be holding me over between my individual work out days.

Experiencia fantástica: I move a lot and this is definitely the best gym I've ever been a member of. If you are new to the area and trying to find a good gym to join then this is it. Plenty of cardio equipment if that's your thing. If you lift then they have an area for squats and deadlifts as well as all the standard equipment. The locker rooms have the best, most private showers I've ever seen in case you workout before work. And above all the owner, Greg, approached me and asked how I was liking the gym and is a super nice guy, as is all the staff. I could go on and on.

New building with lots of equipment, lots of free weights including 4 squat racks, and a separate area with heavy bags and a set of "stadium stairs." 24 hour access and child care during peak times. Good variety of classes included with your membership.

Experiencia fantástica: Not only is Mr. Greg a great person, he really is a great owner of Champions. He has an open-door policy and will actually listen to your suggestions and DO something about them. It takes away the corporate-environment and allows you to feel at home. PLUS, I love the boxing equipment. Highly recommended.
