Experiencia fantástica: Finding a gym or workout studio isn’t easy, but Phoenix’s is the best women’s only gym in the Upstate! The trainers are amazing and so incredibly knowledgeable, not only about fitness but overall health, nutrition and everything wellness! The members are so encouraging and supportive! Truly a family!!! The infrared saunas are the only saunas with near, mid, and far in the Upstate!!! The health benefits of the infrared saunas are many, but they are also incredibly relaxing…yes even in the summer! If you’re ready to start your wellness journey, this is the place!

I joined this fitness two months ago and have been consistent working out since day one plus I one enjoy the motivation all the coaches bring to class everyday helps to keep me focus. Highly recommend this place you will not regret.

Infrared saunas are so relaxing and offer so many health benefits, but the best thing is the sense of community.
