Experiencia fantástica: I've been using the local YMCA for about a year now. Decided to give Strength & Body a shot as I know several people who workout there. The Gym is big and has everything you need. Everything was clean and even though there were quit a few people there it didn't seem that busy because of the size of the gym and how it's laid out. I would highly recommend S&B.

Experiencia fantástica: Stopped in while I was visiting family in NC (I’m from GA) and the gym was absolutely amazing. They have literally thought about everything you’ll possibly need equipment wise. Even have food & post workout slushees. Also, guys that work there are incredibly friendly. Really enjoyed the gym. Whenever I go back up to NC, I know I’ll be stopping in to workout. 10/10 honestly, best gym I have ever been to.

The people that train here are supportive/friendly as well. A much needed change from some of the commercial gyms in GSO. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to take your training up a notch!

Experiencia fantástica: I visited this location on a Saturday for a USPA Powerlifting competition. I was impressed with the facility. The staff was friendly, the pointed me in the right direction to stand the event. Without exploration, the equipment appear to be in good shape. The facility was clean. The bathrooms were clean. The designation for the event was clean and set up for spectating. During my visit I purchased a protein bar and protein chips, they were reasonably priced. They also had prepared meals available, would seem to be from some delivery service, which was convenient. I did not check membership prices or hours of operation as I was only there for a specific event. In conclusion, this facility would certainly be on my list to patronize if I was in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Quality This gym has everything you could ever need! It is clean, well lit, good quality equipment and the staff is always kind and helpful. The personal trainers know their stuff and have degrees/ and or certifications to back it up! You won't find a better all around gym anywhere else in triad!
