Experiencia fantástica: I have recently moved from south Florida and I was very weary about finding a box I love. I was so in love with my old box that I thought I would never find something... but I was wrong! Richard Russell CrossFit welcomed me right away. The coaching staff Josh and Kacy are very knowledgable with technique that suit your needs. The workouts are fun and exciting and you have a great community that cheers you on. Richard Russell has a clean facility, phenomenal coaching and again GREAT community!!! I absolutely love this place and did I mention it is on a beautiful winery :)!
