Experiencia fantástica: As a current intern, Adeo’s Athletic Center is a great place for everyone! Kristin is a great trainer when it comes to working out and programming along with supporting and working with a disabled population. The gym itself is a nice environment where no judgement takes place and is a good place to continue or begin your workout journey.

Coach Kristin is very attentive and makes sure I am doing things properly, but also encourages me to be a little stronger than I think I am. I get a great workout and have a good time.
