Experiencia fantástica: I didn't do classes here but rather did what I guess is considered small group training with Mike. I was losing weight but hadn't exercised in any significant way in years. Mike started me off very slowly. I almost thought too slow, but I trusted in him and more exercises and heavier weights were added as I could handle them. Mike was very concerned for my well being and issues that could be bothering me like a bad knee. I made significant strides in my opinion in the 8 or 9 months I worked out here. I have since moved and am not able to work out here anymore. The prices for this kind of thing were less than I think would be expected for more personalized attention and not a big class. I strongly recommend Mike to help you get in better shape and improve strength regardless of where you are starting off now.

Experiencia fantástica: By far the best gym ever. Everyone is so helpful and everyone motivates you to do better. My trainer were Elaine, Casey and Jessica only wish they had longer hours for boot camp but other than that I highly recommend this place I lost 10 lbs in two months. Will for sure be going back once I get my schedule situated. Thanks you all for the motivation.
