Experiencia fantástica: What a fantastic place! This has been my favorite gym I have ever been a part of. I’ve had memberships everywhere to all the big companies and nothing comes close to this gym. The staff there is phenomenal! Everyone of them! They all take pride in their skills, the place is spotless, I love the amenities provided. I will always support this gym as my home gym, I can’t see myself going anywhere else. Y’all have to come check this place out, I promise you you will love it. The gym not only feels cleaner, but has new equipment to meet everyone's needs. Staff is amazing and the trainers are awesome! If you want the feel of a private gym, this is the spot for you. Super happy with my decision to come back!

Experiencia fantástica: This is honestly the best gym I have stepped foot in, hands down. The equipment is state of the art, and the trainers know what they are doing which is refreshing. Talking to some of the trainers the are all deeply educated, knowledgeable with a great understanding of how to help each and every one of their clients. I’ve seen Physical Therapist less tuned in to a clients needs. From the moment you walk through the door, your greeted with a smiling face trying to help you with what you need, not trying to give you a hard sale on pricing schemes and numbers. The gym is immaculate, their new air handing system moves air through the gym so fast and frequently you can feel it. The gym has a private feel but is open to the public. I was skeptical when I saw that every review was 5 stars, I would give it 6, the staff is that helpful, friendly and kind. Kim and her crew makes it a legitimate hands on feel. I’m very thankful I gave this gym a try. I am relieved every time I walk in.

Childcare on site (which is a must for me) and it's a family atmosphere. This is THE BEST gym in town. Don't waste time with other gyms.

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym in Southlake. There are no better people to work out with than the people here. The equipment is top flight. Nothing is ever broken and new stuff comes in with regularity. You will see equipment here that most gyms won't have. They have showers, soap, and nice towels provided also.
