Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been struggling with near constant lower back pain for years. Damage was done from poor form in weight lifting and a physically demanding job. The instructors at Whole Pilates Studio have given me fantastic care and I’ve been amazed at how knowledgeable they are. With just a few sessions with Jennifer I saw improvements and she was able to set me up for success with easy to use home workout instructions. The group classes with Sarah have challenged and retrained my body. I was able to go on a long walk today without any lower back pain and I can’t thank these ladies enough! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Whole Pilates Studio has made a HUGE difference in my life! ♥️ The mat classes helped improve my posture and lessen back/neck pain. The rebounding classes were a great way for me to sweat, get my heart pumping, AND move my lymphatic system (I often felt great & energized after). Once I became pregnant, I took the Pilates for Pregnancy class consistently and at the birth of my first child, the doctor asked if I had been working out during my pregnancy. I told her about the Pilates and she said she could tell by how well I was able to push! Now I am attending the Pilates for Postpartum class to help my body recover from diastasis. What a great resource this studio is to our community and the surrounding areas!! (: What I love most about Pilates is that it is both relaxing to the mind and strengthening to the body. Definitely check this studio out—the instructors all have physical therapy backgrounds as well!

Experiencia fantástica: Love the ambiance and the staff is all in the health field and very knowledgeable. Great classes! I especially loved the pre and post natal classes for when I was pregnant. They helped me have a fast and 'easier' all natural delivery and recover quickly after birth. Now I enjoy the rebounding, mat pilates and barre intensity classes.
