Experiencia fantástica: Great atmosphere and phenomenal staff. Kelly and Tristan are super knowledgeable and fantastic coaches. They took me from newb to look-like-I-lift in less than a year. They very results oriented. Great clientele too! I’ve made lots of friends here and I look forward to seeing their progress week in and week out. It’s never terribly crowded either, so if packed big box gyms freak you out, you might be down for the tighter, friendlier atmosphere you find here. The gym itself is clean and the equipment is kept in top shape. This allows me a consistent experience from week to week. People will inevitably compare this place to the Metroflex. I love the metroflex and worked out there for over a year. Brian and the crew there are doing great things, but the atmosphere there was a bit too gritty for my taste — too many egos, very cliquish and the equipment is kinda meh. KRB is much more my speed. Bottom line: This is the go-to place in the Arlington area if you’re looking to get big. I added slabs of muscle here and look forward to adding lots more. Experiencia positiva: I visited this gym once as I had just moved to the area and was looking for a new gym. Kelly was extremely friendly and gave me a call back immediately. Seems like a very close-knit crew at this gym. The gym has an old school bodybuilding fill to it with posters of Arnold, Phil, Ronnie etc. hung up around. Music is great and the vibe is on point. The biggest downside was the equipment quality. I understand you get what you pay for and Kelly's price is perfect for the spot. Personally, I was looking for something better. The dumbbells were a mixed bag; as I was benching, the dumbbells would flake off metal and it would get in my mouth. Some of the barbells are bent from loading too much weight and most of the stuff seems to be pretty old and beat up. I give it 3 stars for the customer service and I also understand that this may be exactly what some people are looking for. Biggest advice: invest in quality dumbbells!

Experiencia fantástica: A true hardcore gym! The music is loud, you can use chalk, and if you gotta scream it's all good. Very motivating environment and a great place to train. They also sell t-shirts in the front that are great to work out in and pretty stylish.
