Experiencia fantástica: I joined this gym about a month ago after meeting the owner Anthony. I cannot emphasize enough what an amazing experience this has been. The people at this gym are so friendly and the one on one training with Anthony is awesome!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym, VERY clean facility which is important to me. Brittany leads a fantastic SPIN cycling class that is always challenging and a great workout! Anthony is an awesome trainer that keeps people motivated to reach their goals and he designs the program right for YOU!

Experiencia fantástica: Never used a gym before as I've always been a little hesitant about the "gym culture". I decided it was time to take my fitness goals seriously and reached out to Ascension as it is local to me and looked like a nice place. I was extremely pleased with their response time and offers to facilitate my goals within my hectic schedule. The people have all been very friendly, the classes are fun, and the difficulty level is varied allowing for all skill levels to participate. The facility is clean and well equipped. I couldn't be happier with my choice of gym and recommend this place to anybody wanting a breath of fresh air in pursuing their goals.
