Experiencia fantástica: Mr. Poland is a true young professional who is great with kids of all ages. Students in his dojang can expect training in Kyuki-Do, Jiu-jitsu, Karate, boxing, wrestling, and traditional weapons from Okinawa and the Philippines. Mr. Poland's classes begin with a workout and quickly progress into training tailored to the individual needs of each student. My son loves these classes, and looks up to Mr. Poland as a positive role model.

Great teachings, amazing workout and a fun place to be no matter your skill level or your choice in class. Over the years poland has not only taught her self defense but has taught her how to respect herself and others. He has also taught her how to be a leader. This place is amazing it’s our home away from home and he treats us like family.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been attending for right at a year now (currently 2018). Started with my two hyperactive ADHD boys age 6 and 9. Mr. Poland is great with the kids even when they can be a bit wild. I started in Kyuki-do and the have taken it a notch and attended the BJJ classes when I can. I recommend both for anyone serious about learning self defence and who want a workout.
