Regymen Fitness Ascension

Experiencia fantástica: I am a member here and love the workouts. The workouts are made up of 3 sessions with smaller rounds in each session. This keeps the workouts interesting and challenging while lending to muscle confusion. I have been working out consistently for the last 4 years and consider myself to be in decent shape. My only complaint about Regymen would be that they throw you to the wolves in these classes, so you have to try and keep up. I feel like someone just starting out with a workout routine might be overwhelmed in this environment. I think they should have someone else stay with newbies besides the person leading the class to guide the person through this high energy workout and environment. With that said, I highly recommend Regymen if you enjoy a challenging workout in a group setting!! If you are a newbie considering it, members are usually willing to help you if you get lost!

It is clear the owners are very active in this business based on the entire experience from initial consultation, to the level of coaching available, to attitude of the front office staff, to cleanliness and organization of the equipment before each session. In a time when there are so many fitness options the team at Regymen Ascension has truly created something unique by obsessing over all the details necessary to pull it off. They are, and have attracted, a community of people that are passionate about life and seeing fitness as a tool to improve it. You can't help but make progress being associated with the team and clients with similar values. Most of all they make it fun to be challenged and be a part of this group.

I love the intensity, diversity, motivating coaches, different workouts everyday, challenges, etc. so much positive to say about this place and it’s coaches! I got hooked from day one, and will really miss it when I move.. I will recommend this place to everybody that wants to stay in shape, get in shape, needs motivation and feel good about themselves.

I have made new friends and absolutely love the classes, the staff and the atmosphere at Regymen. I would recommend Trying one FREE class u will not be disappointed!

The biggest thing I am looking for is a way to boost my mental health (+overall body health) and this provided exactly that. My introverted self left feeling like a million (sweaty) bucks. Can’t wait to go back. Shout out to Valencia and Scott for providing such a fun experience! And TBH- the mural is what drew me in.
