Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in today, and Coach Chris was awesome! Super knowledgeable and very personable. Nice, clean facility with good equipment and a solid WOD and strength program (at least today's was)!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member here for quite some time and I have enjoyed very single minute there trying to improve myself. The community is very welcoming and supportive of each other inside and outside of the gym. The coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful no matter somebody current fitness level. They are willing to find ways to help out with movements in class, nutrition, etc. This place feels like a second home to me and I’ll always recommend and support Bohica.

Experiencia fantástica: By far the best the CrossFit gym I have ever been to! The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, and accommodating to each individual’s needs. There is always great camaraderie regardless of what class time you attend. 10/10 recommended if you’re looking to start or continue your fitness journey in a team centric community!

Whenever I left the gym I couldn’t wait to get back to receive their warm embrace. If your reading this and on the fence about joining the gym, don’t be hesitant. It would be the best decision you ever made!

The programming is excellent, I’ve seen so much personal growth since starting out, and the coaching staff know their stuff. Experiencia fantástica: I’m so grateful to have not only found a gym but a community that has turned into family. From the minute you walk through the door you are made to feel like you belong. The Coaches are so knowledgeable and help you to teach you proper technique/form and to encourage you succeed. I have made such progress in my weightlifting goals over my almost 2 years there. Experiencia fantástica: This is the best gym I have ever been apart of! The community at the gym is full of amazing people that push you every day. If the members are this amazing imagine the coaches?! The coaches here are so easy to talk to and work with. They are there to help with the workouts every class and will point you in the right direction! This gym and the coaches have helped me so much the last year and a half and I fully recommend it to anyone who is willing to work there but off but just needs a little push and some direction!
