Experiencia positiva: I like this gym a lot! The staff is always friendly and the facility is really clean. There's a great selection of things to do (weight room, racquet ball, all the cardio machines, basketball, swimming, etc) and the price is really reasonable! My only ask would be that they get a dedicated computer for people to check in. It seems like every time I go I get stuck in like for 5-10 minutes waiting to check in because someone is signing up or loudly being rude/complaining at the front desk staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Used the pool for early morning laps. Great way to get in shape. The heated salt water pool gets crowded quick, so get there at open if you want a lane. I preferred the "cold" pool when they didn't have the lane divider. But even when only half length is available you get a good workout!

Looking for an amazing pool, basketball court (along with occasional games here and there you can watch for free), workout room, amazingly nice people, and A place for the kids to run free while you hang out with your friends in the pool or working out, this is A great place for all of that!!!! Great costumer service and military discounts, just in case you are stationed in Seymour Johnson or retired, and just an all time fun experience. Also A great place for the kids so Mom and Dad get to have some alone time without worrying if they are alright or not. This is A 100% truthful review as I lived in Goldsboro for about 4 years and I can tell you, it might be A bit costly for A membership, BUT IT IS WORTH IT! Hope my review helped <3 bey.

Experiencia positiva: Great facility and staff. Only complaint is that there are no upright bikes available and you can’t even use the spin bikes when there is not a class.

Experiencia positiva: I would say I don't like that its not that clean and the locker rooms need to be upgraded. They just need an upgrade.

Experiencia positiva: I've been swimming here a few times a week for about a year. The staff is pretty friendly and the place is usually in pretty decent shape (cleanliness wise). I've enjoyed visiting this YMCA. I don't have any complaints from my experience. I'll miss coming here when I move away next year.
