Experiencia fantástica: Catalyst Sports is a hidden gem. After working out in several different gyms in the area, this high intensity fitness class is the best around. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and provide a motivating environment to keep you pushing throughout the entire workout. Each class is different which keeps things fresh and you always get a full body workout. They are extremely adaptable to injuries and age ranges from 5 year olds to people in their 60's. After working out here for over a year, I've never heard anyone complain, everyone loves it, and that speaks volume. If you're thinking about trying out a fitness class, I highly recommend going in!

Experiencia positiva: No softball pitching machine so I had to use a tee, but very friendly staff. COVID friendly/ aware so must use masks and no spectators allowed.

Different kinds of adaptive sports facilities available for disabled and senior citizens. Best place to visit with your family and friends to have fun.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been working out 4-5 days per week since high school and have tried 20+ different gyms and workout styles. Hands down Catalyst Fitness is the best small group circuit training in Denver! All of the trainers are super knowledgeable, listen to your individual needs and push you to achieve your workout goals. I was in a skiing accident and coach Corey helped me rehab my knee injury with custom movements and minor adjustments. This place feels like family! Highly recommend!!!
