Experiencia fantástica: Still the best strongman/strong strongwoman gym in the west valley!! They have all the toys. Atlas stones from 100 to 390ish pounds, logs, axles, hussafel stones, farmers handles, reverse hyper, wagon wheels for 13 or 18 inch deadlifts, car deadlift rig, Conan's wheel, yokes, sandbags, etc. Like I said....ALL THE TOYS. Also some of the most friendly and helpful coaches and members. Everyone makes you feel welcome and will make sure you have what you need. Come see for yourself!!!

This was my first time ever going to a specialized gym and the first time doing anything Strongman or power lifting related. Wow! This is such a welcoming community and Julia is so knowledgeable and ready to coach you! It is a family vibe, everyone is in your corner cheering on your success. I expected to work hard, but I never expected to fall into an absolutely amazing community of people!
