Experiencia fantástica: Crossfit 623 has opened up a new chapter in my life at 47 years old. I stepped into this gym not knowing one thing about crossfit. The wonderful owners and coaches make sure that you are not only welcomed into the 623 family but take you step by step through all of the fundamentals to perform crossfit safe and successfully. Once I completed the fundamental classes and joined the daily WOD. I was then welcomed by the rest of the awesome 623 family. You will never meet more energetic, positive and supportive group than you will at Crossfit 623. If you are looking for a gym where you have a ton of fun and that offers endless support. I have cancelled my long time LA Fitness membership because of what Crossfit 623 was able to offer my wife and I. I have made major gains to my health goals, I have been taught incredible techniques for lifting from Crossfit 623 coaches and made a ton of friends. This place is no doubt the best spot to go if you like keeping in shape and love hanging out with fun people that push you to be a better YOU. This place is our 2nd home. .. Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit 623 has changed ME in so many ways. You will hate it because, the workouts/WOD are Challenging, BUT you will LOVE it because you will discover that you are capable of doing things you didn't think you were capable of doing before, you will push yourself to the limit, it sounds scary BUT i promise, its not as bad as you think it is. At the end of the WOD..youre going to think, "I like who I'am becoming!". I've tried different workout classes in the past, such as Zumba, Kickboxing and even did my own thing at Lifetime Fitness (which are all great, defnitely beats sitting at home doing nothing)... But CrossFit 623 helped me discover my new love for Olympic lifting, squatting (front squat, back squat, goblet squat..all of em), and i didn't even know i had it in me. CrossFit 623 brought my "Inner Beast" out and i will be forever grateful. It doesn't stop there though... The coaches are Great! They want to see you do well and they are all willing to help however they can, from stretching, mobility to doubleunders, rope climbing, running, lifting and the list goes on. They are all knowledgable and experienced. In addition to that, They make that time to help you because they want to. You don't get that extra air time at your "Local Gym".#Ijs As far as the Members.. No words can explain the relationship we all build with each other...Everyone that signs up to be a member at CrossFit 623, becomes part of 623 FAMILY. We WOD, whine, yell, push, motivate and help each other... again.. You don't get that kind of love at any other gym. And Lastly.... The Owners are Amazingly supportive, encouraging and just AWESOME!! Crossfit 623 is truly the #BestGymInGlendale

Experiencia fantástica: If you're looking for a CrossFit gym on the westside this is the one to go to. The coaches here are super nice, and very knowledgeable. Classes are kept small and coaches are attentive to all members needs. If you need an exercise scaled, just ask. They're willing to do whatever it takes so you get a great workout. Shout out to Coach Ebonee, Cameron, Jamie, T and Dan. They make you so very welcome. But don't kid yourself they may be nice but they make you work!
