Experiencia fantástica: I am a cancer survivor and I had to have my thyroid removed. I lost my metabolism and gained a lot of weight. On top of that some things in my life had me depressed and I hadn't worked out in years. At almost 200lbs, I knew I needed help and knew who to call! My trainer Tim Sparkes at Die Hard Gym and Fitness, is the absolute best. I had to be reminded two months ago that there are two words I don't say in his gym, "can't" and "won't." When I first started I could not do push ups, tricep presses or squats with a 95 lb bar. Now I can do 3 sets of push ups, same of triceps and three sets of squats with the free weight bar at 95!! The changes don't happen as quickly as I wish they would, but I am seeing amazing changes and getting my shape back. he talks to me too and counsels me. he always tells me I am beautiful and reminds me that any negative things I have heard or even said about myself are not true! This was the end of month two! I will get measurements next week again! The first 4 weeks I lost 5.5% body fat and 4 inches in my waist. My uncomfortably tight jeans are now loose and I feel amazing!! I cannot wait to see where I am now!! Thanks Timmy, I couldn't do this without you!!.

Now I am in great shape. Mohammad is great trainer and helped me to achieve my goals. All trainers in gym are professionals and soo helpful

Feels like a great garage-style gym. Both of the owners were awesome. They even checked in on me during my lift to see how everything was, and if I needed anything. 10/10. Will absolutely be back!

The owner is an accomplished lifter and willing to share his experience. I wish I lived in AZ, I would make this my home away from home. Love this place, it's inspiring and friendly atmosphere.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a grind gym, you don't go here to be seen breaking a light perspiration on some snazzy new machine. You go here to lift and grunt and to feel the burn. The equipment is old but the staff is solid and welcoming provided you are intent on bettering yourself. The prices are right and the spots are always available.
