You will not find another membership out there that provides you with a community of support, a personal trainer at each class to help with technique and modifications, HIIT+boxing, and you never fight over equipment. I am so thankful I gave Jabz a try.

April,Lisa ,Danielle and Kim are the 4 ladies that I've had and they are all amazing. Each one is Amazing,Energetic and really helped me understand my station and get the best out of my workout. I love how professional yet friendly they are. Thank you! It's definitely out of my budjet but I absolutely know it is worth it and will be coming back as much as I can.

Experiencia fantástica: I stopped by Jabz on Bell rd. Just to see what it was like. I have never even been in the presence of a boxing ring. It has been over a year since I have really even attempted to work out. Jeremy was in the middle of a class, but he still took the time to greet me and answer all of my questions. I was nervous of course to start because I know I have no strength. Jeremy and his trainers walked me through the whole workout. I appreciated the time they took to help me through. I definitely will be back. They make you feel very comfortable!!!! Thank you Jabz!!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so happy to have found Jabz Glendale Palms. I don't like gyms and I'm not comfortable taking classes because of a few physical limitations due to surgery. Jabz Glendale Palms is fantastic and I look forward to going again. Jeremy and Lindsey made me feel very comfortable and showed me modifications so I could still participate and get in a good workout. Using the app and website to schedule is very easy and the atmosphere is welcoming. I recommend this place to any women who want to remain or start being active in a fun environment.
