If you're looking for a great place to lift, and you like to support local businesses, this is the spot. Update: still killer. Got my wife to switch gyms and hyped it to a friend moving back to town. So much so that shes totally joining once she gets back.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is very clean, advanced, with a great and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Even when it is packed, parking is always available, the staff will accommodate you. Plus they provide clean and filtered water (BIG PLUS when you forget your water). Reminds me of the old school gyms where you just go and work to better yourself. Shout out to Byron and Miggie for making my time here the best!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a fantastic neighborhood gym. All of the equipment you would ever need is here, and all of the staff are incredibly kind, encouraging, and always willing to help. I also particularly love that there is an outdoor section. I highly recommend this gym!

Experiencia positiva: Friendly small local gym. Can’t wait to see what they have in store to make it better. Old ish equipment, some members don’t clean up after themselves which is annoying. Parking can be tough but lots of street parking but I do enjoy working out here.

Experiencia fantástica: this place is the best gym in the area hands down. it’s the only real place worth going to period. thats based on equipment (the other gyms around here dont even come close) the location, the owner and staff and of course the actual facility which is a combo indoor/outdoor facility which you can never go wrong with when living in LA. its the spot where you will work out build yourself and build with others around you. and did I mention its clean lol .. no for real.. a positive atmosphere geared towards improving yourself and your health.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great time visiting LM fitness. The atmosphere was very chill and the space was clean. Just a heads up, they have metal plates that just feel heavier. For me that's a good thing. I got in, lifted, and got out. Everyone there was super nice and willing to share the space when necessary. 10/10 would recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym. I have been going here back when the gym was Metro Fitness. It was shut down during the pandemic. Byron (now the owner of L&M) saved this place. He did everything in his power to keep this gym alive and rebranded the gym to L&M Fitness. Opened a outdoor working area, ripped out the walls and put in doors so the air flows through the whole place. He and the amazing staff truly care about his members it really is like my 2nd home. I recently moved to the valley from living in Los Feliz and I still come to this gym. I will make the trip across town because I want to support the amazing community they are building and it’s a great place to train at. Thank you L&M ❤️❤️❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Byron, thank you You’ve created such an amazing gym and built welcoming vibes that other gyms can’t compare. Not only does LM Fitness Center have great equipment, but it’s never hard to get your workout in and go about your day no matter what time you drop by here. Look out for Matt and Miggy, they are great people and I enjoy bumping into them while working out. LM Fitness Center is a gem in the Silverlake/Glendale area. Everyone should give this place a try and eventually call it their new home. Thank you again, Byron!

Experiencia fantástica: These guys rock. Well equipped gym with attentive, friendly staff. Never crowded, and always parking available. Tons of ventilation, and out door space, so it feels very COVID safe. Best of all, no BS cancelation policy. Highly recommend if you live in the area.

The owner Byron has made me feel like a member of the family since I joined, the facility is always pristine, the equipment is top notch. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming here for many months now, since as soon as they reopened. Byron has really outdone himself with his ownership and renovation of the gym. This is a great place to workout, it’s never crowded, all the staff is kind, and it really feels like a little community.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been lifting weights, developing muscles, and maximizing my strength and power for the past 25 years, and I conclude that of all the gyms and fitness centers I have experienced, not only in California, but Kansas, Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Connecticut, and New York -- this gym, this center, is the best one you can ever find (trust me!). they have an outdoor facility, indoor facility, clean bathrooms, heavy to light weights, and great machines and very stable benches and equipment. If I had to pay a year's membership for this place, I would easily pay $1500 to $1800.00 -- to use the facility. Moreover, no one in the gym, from the owner to his assistants, and the members included, are self-centered or narcissistic. They are friendly, and respectful. Yet, they will assist you and even help you design a "realistic" program to meet your needs and that can help you achieve your aspirations. I have memberships in three other gyms at this time, but I really do not need to visit them anymore. This is the PLACE!!.

Experiencia fantástica: I was a member to 24 Hour Fitness for 10 years. I'm the type of customer who is loyal to a particular brand and company. It's extremely rare for me to change or switch something. The few times I have switched it's because what I'm transitioning into is better. And who doesn't like better? I've been coming to this gym for a couple of months and I will NEVER go back to 24 Hour Fitness. The equipment and staff here at a different level than 24 Hour Fitness. The staff here are friendly and genuinely care about you. They treat you like family and they prioritize sanitation. During this pandemic sanitation is important and LM Fitness does a good job with making sure all the stations and equipment are kept clean and sanitized. These other corporate gyms don't even do the bare minimum. They don't have enough sanitizer, towels, or even paper towels. When you need assistance they go to the back and talk for a good minute before helping you, but not at LM fitness. It's pretty easy to get help and answers to questions. Highly recommend!! If you're looking for a gym to get ready for a competition, this is the place to be!!

My workouts have never been better and I’ve progressed more here than I have at any other gym. If you want to escape the crowded boring corporate gym then definitely come here.
